Why we made it
We built onboarding the hard way. Some of us came from LinkedIn, where the growth team built the internal onboarding system the rest of product engineering relied on. Since then we've studied thousands of onboarding flows and helped build hundreds more alongside the teams shipping them.
This site is where those decades of combined industry experience get written down: the patterns that work, the ones that quietly fail, and how the category is changing as AI moves inside the product.
