In-app Feature Upsell Card
Slack uses a dismissible, embedded card in the UI navigation to advertise its new AI feature to users. Once tapped, the card opens an announcement-like modal with details, value propositions, and a call-to-action to start a free trial.
Slack tells the user they "won't be charged when the trial ends" to reduce the risk of the trial for users and increase adoption rates.
