Brex recently launched a significant dashboard redesign and introduced new features. They have developed a native onboarding experience to inform and educate users about the updates.

Continuous onboarding

When a user signs in without having seen the new experience, they encounter an interactive multi-step product announcement. The announcement showcases the new functionality and also gathers any missing account information directly to improve the account status.

Optional tour and onboarding hub

Brex adheres to industry best practices by making their guided tours optional. Additionally, they have added a permanent in-product hub for onboarding and support to easily access tours and resources again if needed.
